The ninth Gemius eCommerce Day conference was held on Thursday, May 12th, at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. Once again, we were part of the event, exchanging experiences, knowledge, and ideas with other participants from various areas of online commerce. After a long break of two and a half years, decision-makers in the domestic e-commerce business gathered in one place. NB SOFT supported the realisation of the conference as a key partner.
Speakers and panellists tried to address current questions regarding selling possibilities through online marketplaces, new models and ways to enhance eCommerce businesses, delivery issues, transaction flows, online payment security, as well as automation of various business processes.
