The jubilee tenth Gemius conference unfolded on Wednesday, May 24th, within the Crown Plaza Hotel. Once again, the NB SOFT team proudly carried the role of a valued partner in one of Serbia's premier eCommerce events.
Prominent industry representatives contributed valuably to the event through various presentations and engaging panels, sharing their experiences in diverse fields of online commerce. Topics ranged from marketing campaigns and content management on online shops to order processing and payment, as well as the challenges associated with logistics and delivery.
Our Product Marketing Manager, Tamara Vujović, discussed the importance of quality information gathering and customer database management. She stressed the importance of automating marketing processes through an omnichannel approach, which lies at the core of NB CRM, our system module and functionalities developed in response to the needs of retailers in the eCommerce industry.
