HELP DESK Acces

Enter your credentials and log in to the help desk account.

To streamline communication and consolidate all inquiries, comments, and suggestions related to your site, we have introduced a Help Desk – a dedicated customer support platform.

 

Account Activation

To activate your Help Desk account, kindly submit a request to the email address podrska@nbsoft.rs. In the email body, specify the email address to which you want to link your help desk account to. Upon receiving your request, we will send an activation link to the provided email address. 
Clicking on the link opens a form for creating a password, which you will use, along with your email address, to log in to the Help Desk.

Click on the link to access the Help Desk and log in using your credentials. Once logged in, you can submit requests, suggestions, and questions regarding your website and assigned projects. 
 
To initiate a new request, click the +Add Task button, name the task, and describe the request in the body of the task. Additionally, you can mention (using @) the NB SOFT contact person who will be notified via email. Our colleagues will then direct your request to the relevant team, allowing you to monitor the request's progress.
